Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Loloson Woodwork.
Each piece is handcrafted individually and created from reclaimed driftwood and natural coastal materials. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition.

As all products are unique handcrafted pieces, customers are encouraged to review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned shipments should be sent using a tracked shipping service.

2. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within approximately 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Damaged Items & Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged during transport, customers should contact Loloson Woodwork as soon as reasonably possible and include:

• a description of the issue,
• photographs of the damage,
• and photographs of the packaging where relevant.

Depending on the situation, solutions may include:

• return and refund,
• partial refund,
• repair recommendation,
• or another mutually agreed solution.

Each case is handled individually and in good faith.

4. Custom & Personalised Work

Custom commissions, personalised items, and products modified specifically upon customer request — including custom engravings — are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Availability of custom work depends on the availability of suitable reclaimed materials and driftwood.

5. Natural Characteristics of Materials

Due to the reclaimed and natural nature of the materials used, variations in:

• shape
• texture
• colour
• grain
• cracks
• weathering
• markings
• stains
• and surface irregularities

are natural characteristics of the products and are not considered defects.
